About Us
Donald L. Glover, Jr., the founder and visionary of Glover's BBQ Smokehouse, has had a passion for BBQ grilling and cooking for more than 10 years. To add to his love of grilling, Don interned under a local Chicagoland, 30-year experienced, BBQ franchise owner, cultivating his grilling techniques on a pit-styled grill. Inspired by TLC's BBQ Pitmasters television show, Don pursued his passion and received certification on grilling and smoking techniques from a Tennessee, award winning, BBQ Pitmaster franchise owner in 2010. Combining the two techniques, Don has discovered a unique smokey flavor and taste which makes Glover's BBQ the Best You Ever Had.
